Pallas, Stratos (Efstratios)

As a young boy I always imagined that I could be a superhero and thought that every act has impact and purpose. As I grew up I started to realise that the identity I give to myself depends on my struggle to be or do what moves or inspires me. My works are following this analogy. The attribute of the material transcends its meaning and value to the form of the sculpture. The idea is a story told by the totality of the sculpture’s characteristics to project its meaning a little beyond its physical existence.
